At Magic Moments Early Learning Center, we take great pride in the exceptional quality of our team. Our teachers are experienced early learning professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with young children. Each teacher has completed the required training and certifications to meet the rigorous standards set by the Maryland State Department of Education.
To ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our care, we conduct comprehensive criminal background checks on all staff members before they join our team, ensuring they are fully qualified and suitable to work with children. Once hired, our teachers undergo regular performance observations and reviews to ensure that safety and supervision are consistently upheld. This also allows us to verify that our childcare and early learning activities are being properly executed each day.
